Flatirons Hedging Analytics (FHA), formerly known as Flatirons Capital Management, LLC (the “Company,” “FCM,” “FHA,” “we,” “our” or “us”) respects the privacy of its clients and of users of and visitors to its website. HOW FHA COLLECTS INFORMATION & DATA
Directly From You:

HOW FHA MIGHT USE INFORMATION & DATA (THE “PURPOSES”)
FHA may use PII for a variety of purposes, including:
- Customer Service and Support: to fulfill requests for services, such as technical support, and training; and to deliver information such as product improvement;
- Marketing: to provide you with communications and offers for products and services from FHA or suppliers and partners, including offers based on your business characteristics and location unless you opt-out;

DISCLOSURE OF PII

For example, even if you opt-out of marketing emails, we may still send you a confirmation when you register with our Services or notify you of changes to this Policy.

ACCESS TO, CORRECTION AND DELETION OF PII

We will not delete PII associated with an active account, nor information that is subject to current or reasonably anticipated legal process or retained for business purposes. We may keep information that is not PII indefinitely, regardless of the status of your account.

YOUR PRIVACY RESPONSIBILITIES
